week 1
- 31st of Janurary was my first lesson of research project. today was based on a introduction to what this subject is about. Mrs. McInnes advised us to make a wikispace in order to keep our journals this first week was based on getting started and learning new things about the lessons we will have in the future. At teh same time as learning what the subject is about we have to think of a topic which we would like to study in the mean time. The topic i have choosen to do is research Louis Vuitton and how it has a impact on the population. I will prove how popular the brand is and why its the most well known brand compared to the others.
The reason for this choice is because my Auntie had introduced me into the label world, I then became addicted in labels but this one brand inparticular had could my eye, till this day i still dont understand why?. is it because people love it more? or because its overly expensive ?
My main questions are
Why is it better, what make it so good leather ? but other brand have leather?
the price its so expensive? are u paying for the design or the name ?
the lesson will hopfully give me the advantage of finding out these questions every one wants to know.

- Now I know what my main topic is this week is based on finding information andcompleteing our journals.
week 3
- This week we are focussing more on our topics, getting more into the research side of things. This week we also have to do a proposal in order to give mrs Miccines a understanding of what we are researching. For this week i am going to get a breif history of my topic (Louis Vuitton). this part of the assignment would probably be the hardest at this point in time.todays Lesson I will start and hopefully finish my proposal to hand up to Mrs micciness so i can start my major assignment, in mhy proposal i will state why I wish to research my topic, who made it, were did it come from and what made it so popular global wide and why people prefer this brand to others. I thought those questions would be relivent to put in the proposal to show what im focussing on.

Now i have finished my proposal i thought i would look on ebsco host in oder to get more informaiton about my topic to start my 1500 word essay. I started and completed my interview questions which i will forward to the head office of louis vuitton in Melbourn. The main purpose i wanted to find out in this point of time is what made louis vuitton the top brand in the world?. This is mainly what my questions are about. I thought if i started from the basic questions, it will be a start for my assignment, and would be easier for me to gather more information because i all ready have the basic information which i need to know.
My interview questions include:
1. what made louis vuitton most popular for the population rather then other brands?
2. How did louis vuitton first come about?
3. what was peoples inpression on louis vuitton?
4.Why is louis vuitton cost so much more then other brands?
5. do you think louis vuitton will be popular in other centurys to come?
week 5
- during this week i have finished my interview questions and slowly making a start on the major assignmnet the 1500 word essay. with the gathered information which has helped me start my major assignment.
week 6
- During this week i gatherd the information for my questions and getting ready fro my discussion. I will be starting a survey and getting my fellow class mates to consider doing the survey and what they think personaly about this particular brand. Survey
Today is friday the 18th of march, I will be looking up the results for how my survey is going. hopefully i get the results i wanted.
Week7
-during this week i had focussed on my results of the survey. the thing i found most interesting is alot of people havnt even herd of the brand louis Vuitton yet its still the most expensive brand in the word..... how does this work? i keep thinking to my self. as each week goes by I find more un answered questions in relation to this brand. but i want to find answers to all my questions so when i finish this topic i know what this brand is all about. I will be able to help people who started out like me, Loving the brand but having all these questions with no answers.

- This week i had planed to do my dicussion but wasnt able to in the lesson because miss McInnes was busy doing other things i hope to get it done in the next week some time before end of assesment.

-today the teacher wasnt wasnt here and i was hopeing to get my discussion out of the way.
Today in the double lesson i redone my interview questions which focuss on people who work for louis vuitton and i also have questions for people in general this is an anonimous interview but i hope it all goes well. I spent most of the double making the questions better and ,making the set out look professional so it looks serious and not a bunch of hocks.

Today friday- 1/4/2011 I finally completed my discussion with a toatl of 9 and a half minutes. During the discussion I found another inportant question which would be good to find out,
one that i never thought of but im glad it came up this question is why is there fakes of louis vuitton and how does this brand effect people who havnt herd of it? this would be a really good question in order to find out who makes the fakes whether Louis Vuitton makes them there selfs or if randoms just make them and sell them. do they have Louis Vuitton aprovel?
I know that some fake brand such as gucci a pair of fake gucci shoes are illigal how ever Louis Vuitton on the other hand I am unsure of.
After the discussion today I feel more intreuged in my topic adn cant wait to gather the infromation. hopefully i will find more questions and gain more information in order to find my main question how is this brand better then others.
I am sending a number of my survey questions over seas in order for my aunties help, she will take them into the store its self and the staff will feel them out. the surverys are annonamous as i said in the discussion, so nobodys name or gender is revield.
it wasnt untill today which i really understood the meaning of this lesson i have a topic which is now extremely interesting and its some thing I love.

these are all handbad all though the larger one has loads of room in it if yuor a typical woman it would even fit you puppy in it. all these bags have different prices with being different sizes for a real Louis Vuitton bag as i have in the example you are looking at about spending from $1,000 up to somewhere in the $4,000 range.

- yesterday being thursday despit all us kids being frustrated with some topics being changed and the way work has to be set out has been changed at this point in time has made a few of us extremely worried. what i found overly interesting yesterday was we were showed two examples of research project from last year and what was included and how to set the work out. This has brought my confidence up for this subject and sort of knowing what track i am going down with the work. I will continue to use those examples while continuing on with my own topic. The one example which inspired me the most was the male student who braught a moped for $50 and fixed it up to his liking. he had quit school for and apprentiship but soon later returned to school in order to complete school and get a degree in motor electrition.
